Terms of Service and Limitation of Liability

Welcome to Relayw LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), provider of the community-shield application. These Terms apply when you purchase or use our Discord and Telegram moderation, security, and anti-phishing/anti-spam services. The purchasing customer is the “Client.”

If you do not agree to these terms in their entirety, you must not install, activate, or use the Services.

Nature of Service and “As-Is” Provision

1.1. Relayw LLC provides automated community management, pattern detection, and heuristic security engines designed to assist in identifying malicious accounts, phishing attempts, automated spam, and security threats in Discord and Telegram communities.

1.2. THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED STRICTLY ON AN “AS-IS” AND “AS-AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, SYSTEM INTEGRITY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

1.3. The Client acknowledges that algorithm-based detection uses probabilistic models and heuristics. Relayw LLC does not guarantee error-free operation, uninterrupted uptime, absolute accuracy, or the elimination of false positives or false negatives. The Services are an auxiliary risk-mitigation tool and do not replace human oversight.

Billing Cycle and Crypto Payments

2.1. Services are provided by Relayw LLC on a fixed 30-day service period. A period begins when the payment watcher verifies the required on-chain payment. Annual plans are prepaid for twelve consecutive 30-day service periods and receive the displayed 20% discount.

2.2. Current checkout accepts USDC on Ethereum Mainnet only. USDT on TRON (TRC-20) is not enabled in the current checkout. Payment is credited only after server-side verification of the chain, token contract, destination, exact amount, successful receipt, invoice expiry, and configured confirmation threshold.

2.3. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, verified blockchain payments are final and non-refundable. Nothing in this section waives rights that cannot legally be waived.

2.4. Subscriptions do not renew automatically. Continued service after the paid term requires a new invoice and verified payment.

Automated Output and Digital Asset Disclaimer

3.1. Automated and AI-assisted outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, unexpected, or hallucinated. Relayw LLC will use reasonable efforts to investigate and patch reported unintended behavior through its official support channels. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Relayw LLC is not liable for automated response or moderation errors or for indirect or consequential damages.

3.2. The Services do not constitute financial, security audit, investment, or legal advice. The Client remains responsible for cybersecurity decisions and administration within its communities and servers.

Limitation of Liability

4.1. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Relayw LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, savings, or business interruption.

4.2. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Relayw LLC’s aggregate liability for claims relating to the affected subscription will not exceed the fees paid for that subscription during the 30 days before the event giving rise to the claim. This limit does not apply where applicable law prohibits it.

Server Permissions and Client Responsibilities

5.1. The Client is responsible for setting and maintaining the permissions assigned to the Services within its servers and groups.

5.2. The Client should review automated actions and promptly contact official support if unexpected behavior occurs.

Governing Law

6.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, subject to any mandatory law that applies.

Acceptance and Updates

7.1. The Client must affirmatively accept the displayed version of these Terms at checkout. The acceptance record is associated with the invoice.

7.2. Updated Terms apply only as permitted by applicable law. Where required, Relayw LLC will request renewed acceptance.
