Privacy Notice

This notice describes information that Relay may process to provide community support, account access, security monitoring, and billing features. The customer remains responsible for informing community members about the integrations they enable.

Information processed

Depending on the enabled features and connected platforms, Relay may process message content submitted to the bot, usernames and platform identifiers, links, moderation and alert records, support tickets, tenant configuration, account email and authentication data, and invoice or transaction details.

How information is used

Information is used to operate the customer’s tenant, answer approved support questions, identify possible abuse or phishing, produce alerts and reports, maintain account sessions, and verify subscription payments. Access to tenant information is restricted by the account’s assigned role and tenant.

Integrations and sharing

Information may be processed by the messaging platform and infrastructure or payment providers required to deliver the feature a customer enables. Relay does not ask customers to submit wallet seed phrases or private keys. Where cross-tenant threat intelligence is enabled, threat indicators may be shared in the form configured by the service; customer message content is not needed for that indicator sharing.

Credentials and security

Keep bot and server API credentials in server-side secret storage; do not place them in browser code or public messages. Encrypt stored user tokens at rest with AES-256, protect connections with TLS, restrict access, and rotate credentials when appropriate. Never send Relay a wallet seed phrase or private key.

Retention and customer requests

Operational records are retained for service delivery, security review, and contractual or legal requirements. Retention periods may depend on tenant configuration and the applicable order form. For questions, access requests, or deletion requests, contact Relay through the support channel specified in your service agreement.

Cookies and authentication

The dashboard uses an HTTP-only session cookie to maintain signed-in access. The cookie is used for authentication and is not intended for advertising.

Updates

Relay may update this notice as the Services change. Continued use after an update is subject to the Terms of Service.
